FOB Origin, Freight Prepaid: Means that the seller/shipper pays the cost of shipping while the buyer/receiver of goods assumes the responsibility of goods at the point of origin.
MC-OZCAN LLC ships to all U.S. destinations, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Free Ground Shipping Over $599: Free ground shipping applies to the 48 continental states (No Hawaii/Alaska/PR/VI).
International Shipping Policy: We ship worldwide! We work with various companies to ensure that you get the best rate possible for your international shipping needs. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Contact us to get specific rate quotes.
Refusal of Delivery: If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by MC-OZCAN LLC. Once we receive the package back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost of shipping the package to you. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. The purpose of this is to defray unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to offer the lowest prices possible. This does not apply to packages that appear to be damaged in shipping.
Incorrect Shipping Address Provided: Packages that are returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges. When we receive the package in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. Requests for packages to be shipped again will be subject to actual shipping charges. The purpose of this is to defray unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to offer the lowest prices possible.
Shipping times do not include the day the order ships. Orders only ship on business days (M-F). Orders placed before 3PM EST and verified will ship same business day; after 3PM EST will ship next business day. “2-Day” and “Standard Overnight” options refer to business days (Monday-Friday). This does not apply to delays caused by acts beyond MC-OZCAN LLC’s control, such as acts of God, strikes, lockouts, or disasters. MC-OZCAN LLC reserves the right to cancel or suspend this offer should a computer virus, unauthorized intervention, or other cause corrupt the integrity or the proper conduct of the offer. MC-OZCAN LLC reserves the right to disqualify any order found to be disrupting the operation of the offer or website.
